An ad hoc meeting of the Fair Lakes Crossing Home (FLC) Owners Association (HOA) Board of Directors (BoD) convened via Zoom video conference beginning at 7:15 PM on 16 December 2020 to follow up on two (2) actions from the 9 December 2020 Board Meeting (Minutes available on HOA website). These were:
- Status of the VDOT Easement offer
- Status of dead tree removal on FLC owned land
Attendance: Ajay Ganji (President), Kevin Nawroth, and Clarence Hunter
Board Action:
- Status of the VDOT Easement offer. The board had unanimously voted to accept the VDOT offer and the board President said that he would follow up with appropriate personnel, to include Ms. Peacock and Capital Management Corp (CMC)contacts, to ascertain the status of actions necessary to close this action.
- Status of Dead Tree Removal. The Board President will call Capital Management Corp to insure that the board has the authority to remove the trees in question on FLC property. Upon completion of this task, Mr. Nawroth will follow up with CMC to obtain an estimate on the removal of trees throughout the neighborhood, as stated in the 16 December 2020 FLC HOA BoD minutes.
