Fair Lakes Crossing community is professionally managed by Sequoia Management Corporation and an elected Board of Directors consisting of three members. Current dues are $65 per month per home owner, which funds trash collection and management and maintenance of communal areas.
All home owners are obliged to observe the rules and regulations in the Fair Lakes Crossing HOA Bylaws and Architecture Guidelines (available below). Home owners that do not observe the community Bylaws and Covenants will first be be warned, and then subject to fines and/or other enforcement measures if infractions continue.
Snow Plowing: If your street has not been plowed or to report unsafe conditions, please contact Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Customer Service Center at 800-367-7623
Garbage Disposal Services: Garbage disposal services are managed by Garby Disposal Service (Garby LLC). You may message them at facebook.com/garbydisposal, or instagram.com/garbydisposal, or text or phone at (703) 261-4885. For questions about service contact Garby LLC customer support by email at www.getgarby.com/contact. Customer service is open 7 days a week from 7am-7pm.
Please do not put out trash or recycling by the curb before the evening of the pickup day. In addition, trash and recycling containers shall not be permitted to remain in public view except on days of collection. Thus, all trash and recycling bins should be stored out of sight, either in the garage or behind the house.
Trash Pickup: Tuesdays and Fridays. Please do not put trash cans by the curb before the evening of the pickup day
Recycling Pickup: Monday mornings. Please do not put trash recycling by the curb before Sunday evening.
Yard Waste (Seasonal – March 1- December 24) Pickup: Wednesdays
Special/Bulk Pickup: Fridays
Note that Special/Bulk pickup must be scheduled by contacting Garby LLC either by social media, text, email, or calling.
Tree Concerns on HOA Common Ground:
If you have concerns about trees (living or dead) on HOA common ground, please contact Capital Management Corporation. CMC will send an arborist to assesses the situation and provide a recommendation to CMC who will send this to the HOA Board for a final decision/approval.
Architectural Control Committee activities, forms and various HOA documents
